Started June 2013 (right after E3) and ended December 2014 (more then a month after launch), the thing is though Smash has a lot more variety to be able to do that, it doesn't really matter if they spoil Smash Bros because it's a fighting game, where Breath of the Wild is an adventure game and people don't want to be spoiled (especially after Skyward Sword). And we don't know yet if they will be doing a pic of the day yet, wording is weird. It could be 1 new pic per week for all we know. |
They've already shown enough of the game to do a "pic of the week" for the next year without spoiling anything new.
