Pretty sure Wrath of Khan is. It's even cited in a Weeknd song, when a movie is still referenced in popular music 30 years after its release, I'd say that's a classic.
Undiscovered Country and First Contact are also very good and The Voyage Home works (though a bit far fetched).
I like both Star Wars and Star Trek, they're really not very similar anyway, aside from being set in space.
I would say Star Wars when it's good is soooooooo good, but when it's terrible it's nigh on unwatchable. Star Trek is more "steady" but has fewer highs.
