They could have easily remedied this problem by releasing a 3DS player like they did with the Gameboy Player on GCN. They could have offered upscaling for 3DS games and it would have been a awesome solution for Wii U droughts and led to more 3DS game sales.
OT my hype for Switch is officially around dead. Maybe super dead. The Switch event in January will have to blow me away in order to rekindle that interest. But Wii U ports isn't going to make me buy the thing. All its going to do is make me wish that Nintendo updated the Wii U with the switch updates.
