That awkward moment when the Pokemon game set in Hawaii sells 4x more in France than the one set in France.

Damn you took it first! Yea it's kinda ironic that a game based on France doesn't even sell close to the latest game set in Hawaii. Wonder how Assassins Creed Unity did in France..?

But I can't argue if people like Hawaii more because it's a beautiful place even if you look beyond the city of Waikiki and other famous places. It's also arguably the biggest melting pot in the world due to being in between Asia and the US mainland. Thus so many people around the world visit or live in Hawaii. It does fit within what Pokemon stands for, interacting with friends and others through trading, battling, and sharing experiences.
