You do realize the games just came out especially in Europe? First off 10mil is a very big announcement. Also i believe we will hear the next announcement during NPD. Nintendo will give us sell thru US #s and shipments or sellthru WW.
That said lemme break it down...
What we know is Japan is about the same as previous gen (xy). But in the West its a completely dif story. We only got a couple of hints of large sell thru but this is what we kno so far... (I wouldnt expect huge digital but itll help)
Japan 1.9mil FW
UK 290k (twice as much as previous record)
Going by this we can safely say Europe will have Sold 1mil sell thru week 1
US will easily be over 2mil for nov (EASILY)
That right there is 5mil sold within 10days launch of sales not counting 2nd week sales of NoA and Japan.
Ill say right now by end of Nov (i mean first 2 weeks WW which is only 1 week of Europe) the game sell thru to customers will be no less than 7mil sold.
Mark my words, im gonna say Sun/Moon sold over 8mil by Nov 26/27th WW to customers.
