In those countries, if nintendo distribute their consoles officially, its usually just one techinical support store for the entire country, usually under a license deal, get it? In those places, reapiar free of charge simple doesn't exist, you always have to pay for the transport, and repair most of the time.
Besides, i think people don't like nitnendo thecinhical support because they have to call it for the most basic things, like if you console get stolen or you decide to sell it, for example.
