The little he says about HW comes with a NDA reference.
So, if Nintendo had shown everything about HW - or the most important part - he wouldn't hold himself back.
"Probably the best demo I've ever seen." Has to mean more than we saw.
As i suspected, there's something BIG coming January 12th! :)
