Those new games are coming irregardless of the ports. Its like you're asking for Uncharted 4 in 2014 instead of The Last of Us Remastered. You were never going to get Smash Bros 5, MK9 and Splatoon 2 in 2017. Thats the whole point of the updated ports which will appeal to plenty Wii U owners because they feature a lot of new content. But furthermore this whole thread is dumb AF because people are are continuing to go as if if this is entire Switch Line up, when its not. Games like DQX & XI are not on list yet they've been confirmed by its publishers. Retro's title is not in her list for 2017/18 because she doesn't know what it is. Just as no one knew about Mario Sports All Stars, Pikmin 3DS, Monster Hunter XX or Yoshi/Mario Maker 3DS ports. 

THIS IS NOT THE SWITCHES FULL LINE UP -_-

I dont need a new Smash, MK and Splatoon in 2017. I can wait. A new Zelda, 3D Mario, Pikmin, some smaller titles, new IPs and some great third party games would be great.
