I agree that it looks like a PS3 title (not even a great looking one either) rather than one for PS4. But perhaps this game actually does manage a stable 1080p/60fps for a change. But Trico, the story and the gameplay will deside whether this game was worth the wait.
My guess is that Trico is to advanced for the PS4 and the game will be buggy and Sony just decided to release the game. The previews I read weren't very convincing and I doubt much has changed.
