But it comes from Emily Rogers claiming that first localisation needs to be done and then afterwards comes testing for 4-6 months, when there is no valid reason why this couldn't be done simultaneously because those two tasks don't interfere with each other and likely aren't even performed by the same people. I don't know, do you have a plausible explanation why this couldn't be done at the same time? Me neither.
