Said it in the previous thread, I'll say it again here:
If it gets delayed, so does the Switch. Unless they have a new 3D Mario game ready go by March, Breath of the Wild is the Switch's #1 big launch title, if that gets delayed, and you launch Switch without it, you are sending it down the same path the Wii U went.
As far as the game itself, sales wise, it's going to do great no matter when it releases, Zelda is Zelda, and with how the game looks and plays, leading to the expectations being sky high, Zelda fans, Nintendo fans, and gamers will go lining up in droves to by the game, Wii U, Switch, or Both, doesn't matter, they'll be ALL OVER IT. Breath of the Wild will be just fine, the Switch however, not so much.
