You could still try the same trick though. You can clear the cache on most if not all Windows browsers as well. I think Shift-clicking the refresh button (or Ctrl+F5) will also fully reload the page, including cached things that would normally be loaded from the cache, so that would be the easy solution if it works. I think the keyboard modifiers are the same on most major browsers.

Don't think clearing cache will do any good, that's the very first time I log on this site with this PC/location, and it's acting exactly the same as using it on my phone at home.

Ah, I see. Probably won't help then. :P If you're using any browser extensions, you might want to check if any of them is affecting the site. If you're having the same issue on mobile as well, I'd guess that's not the issue though...
