Prediction: Both Breath of the Wild ports will be released simultaneously

What I'm dying to know is will there be any difference in frame rate or graphical quality between the 2 versions? At this stage I'm still planning to buy this on Wii U but that may change if I hear that the Wii U version is gimped....
