what if the next final fantasy is bad?

This game is the most important reason to own a PS3. If it flops:

A. It will be the first FF in history to do so, out of 11 games.

B. I, and a lot of other hardcore fanboys will die in a grove somewhere.

 

I think FF is one series, like Zelda, that spares no expense or amount of time on creating a perfect experience. If it is to be messed up, it would have to be at a conceptual level.

The extra year they have since it won't be this fiscal year should help them make it perfect
