Not even a question of whether it will do this or not. PS4 is not a console, it is a platform. It will sell way more than even the 175M he is predicting. Between PS4 and PS4 Pro, and future devices like TV's, Laptops/Tablets, and handhelds/phones running on the PS4 platform, sales will be closer to 500M units.
Under the One Sony future all Sony products will support the PS4 platform in some fashion, until it is succeeded by the PS5 platform. Basically PS4 is Sony's OS.
In the next 3 years there will be PlayStaion or PlayStation Supported devices, from $200 streaming boxes to $10,000 TV's. So, yes, Patcher is wrong, but this time he has massivly under estimated.
Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born.
