I'm not looking for power. I'm looking for enough power. All Switch had to do was be in range of Xbox One and they could have had all the multiplats the others get. Instead Capcom is making their games for Switch differently because it can't do it.

If it's enough power you're looking for, I'd suggest you build a mid-range PC.
