It's not as though Brawl provides a built in fighter audience or that Street Fighter 2 with a SNES pad defined Street Fighter.

It isn't a home console, Nintendo can call it that all they want, but it's portable gaming tablet and everyone can see that very plainly. 

SSFIV was more a "lol" since the 3DS already has it. I wouldn't mind another port though.
