500 GFLOPS actual performance is more realistic.
The Parker X2 isn't even a 1 TFLOP chip, it's 750 GFLOPS.
What I think he got mixed up with is FP32 and FP16. Nvidia touted the Tegra X1 as a 1 TFLOP processor too, but they were kinda lying because they're using a FP16 number to get that.
