If Mario Kart 8 Switch is an enhanced port, how much new content do you want?

I would buy the game for $40 with maybe 2 new cups.  I don't care about any of the other possible additons.  I just want tracks.  

If its $60, it's going to be difficult for me to justify the purchase without 16 or more new tracks.
