I doubt Dark Souls 3, they need the trilogy. Rememebr what happened with Mass Effect 3 Wii U edition? Nice package, but poor sales.

well they did release at the same time the trple pack on th eother systems for the same price. that is what fucked Mass Effect 3

Pretty much this, and lets not forget that the X360 version of Mass Effect 3 was better (with kinect)

But yeah looking over the OP I think most of the games you suggest could find their way onto the switch without much hassle.

People often attack the Wii-U for having poor third party support, but forget that in the beginning it had fantastic support, Batman Arkam game, Assassins Creed, Tekken Tag Tournie 2 WiiU edition, Call of Duty black ops 2/3, Fifa, Deus Ex, Dark Siders 2, skylanders, Guitar Hero live, Injustice Gods Among us, Madden series, Monster hunter... I mean the list of actual 3rd party games the Wii-U got would make for an impressive lineup on any system... the issue was Nintendo were just not able to hold up their end of creating the first party titles as they had done for other systems before, HD gaming dev took them too long and without the Nintendo magic first party software people were not able to (or didn't have a reason to) over look the systems lack of power when compared to systems like the PS3 and X360 even.

But yeah... I'll always contest that the Wii-U did not have third party support, because it very much did have it... then squandered it away while Nintendo fumbled in the first party lineup.
