How often do you buy new gaming hardware?

I will start with 2010 because I can't remember how it was before.
2010 - Playstation 3
2012 - Playstation Vita
2015 - Playstation 4

At the moment there are no plans for me to buy a new console until Playstation 5 (2019-2020).
