Like I said, they weren't revealing games. They were revealing the console. If the intention was to show the games then you'd have something. But nothing like games were promised. They don't want to show games so they aren't going to. There is a clear disclaimer. If you were to hypthetically sue them for this ad you would lose. They clearly stated at the end that the images were not final and do not represent games on the console. They did nothing wrong. They aren't getting a free pass because they were clear cut on their intentions
