Its a trade off....  by not includeing it they save $ on manufactureing, and it uses a tiny bit less power.

If it did have it, they would have showed it in the trailer I think.

There is no way they make a tablet without a touch screen. The whole point of a tablet is the fact that you can touch the screen.
