Yeah but many gamers unfortunately didn't see it that way. Many weren't informed and there's always a few that always want to find faults.

More like they didnt want to see it that way. Platinum was very open about why the WiiU got Bayonetta 2. It was more people who didnt like Nintendo platforms that was pissed. They didnt want to buy a Nintendo console to play the game.
