No not hybrid, unless it has any additional GPU in the dock, which it doesn't look like, just a fuggly tablet that looks like a Garmin GPS, with standard tablet feature: you can hook it up to your TV & you can connect controllers to it, any tablet has been doing that for half a decade!

If this was 3DS replacement it would be good, as a Home Console replacement it's just abyssally underwhelming...

Since I've been playing less & less on my 3DS & I have my Wii U to play Zelda BOTW, I can't imagine myself picking this up anytime soon. I know I'm not the only Nintendo fan thinking this way.

People owning Nintendo stock, time to sell & hastily!!!

THE CROW IS SERVED!!! TIME TO FEAST!!!

Actually it seems that more power in dock, dock is pretty big, its assumed that handheld is 720p but when you play on TV than its 1080p. I didnt know that you could hook tablet on TV and play local multiplayer on it. Lets be real, Switch act like real home console and in same time can be used like real handheld, so that means hybrid of handheld and home console.

To sell stock!? Switch can be huge hit.

I can play local multiplayer with my GameBoy, I need a cable but I've been doing it since the 90's, with the DS it enable more than 2 players & no cable needed, so it's hardly a new or revolutionary feature...

If I had Nintendo stock, I would have sold it the minute after the reveal, I can't see it selling more than 40M, my prediction is 35/40M lifetime sales... when you come from 250M sales (Wii+DS) then drop to 75M sales (3DS+ Wii U), I can't see this Switch doing anything good to Nintendo, unless it's 200$ & it's really, really well & heavily marketed!

I can hear from here the Champagne popping at Sony & MS headquarters!!! MS must be already counting $$ to make an offer on Nintendo in a few years...
