Nintendo is just trying to get a decent amount of western support. Their games again...aren't going to sell on Nintendo hardware because Nintendo has made it known that they aren't trying to get into that red ocean with Sony and Microsoft. Where NX will shine is Nintendo's 1st party content and their supportive Japanese developers like Square Enix, Capcom, Level 5, and so on. This thing is going to catch fire in Japan. No more downgraded ports of NIntendo content on the go, you get the full experience.

Plus, this is just a glimpse of games. Do you think Nintendo is going to come out with a console that is mostly ports? I think not. Well at least in the beginning like other consoles, it's going to be ports but we might be getting a new 3D Mario (which is huge), Zelda, and some Wii U enhanced editions, along with some mild 3rd party support out the gate. Which is infinitely better than the Wii U launch. Nintendo will most likely show off more games at E3, with a bulk of them being available holiday 2017. It's a great approach.
