Same thing I've been saying since 2014 when the term Fusion was tossed around... this is a HOME console with portable functionality.

I think this is kind of semantics.

If it can be played outside the house and has an LCD display on it ... to me personally that is a portable console. Some people may term that a "home console with portbale functionality". 

It's basically all the same thing.
