At this point,
they cannot afford to be quiet much longer. Then again; with the hype and mystery building up, the NX has likely already failed to live up to the expectations. I can't remember the last time a piece of hardware was more crucial to a company than the NX right now.

What point? The point of 3ds sales resurgance thanks to Pokemon go+2DS MK7 bundle for 80$?

Also, in your last sentence put an ''imo'' because it's crucial in your opinion, not in fact!

Yeah, 3ds flopped like the wii u  and Nintendo is in red , in spite of making profit, and super mario run is going to flop just like Pokemon go did, so the both, handheld and home console NX is very crucial to the company...

Forgive me for my ironic style, but your comment sounds like NX defines the future of Nintendo...Like if it fails, Nintendo will be dead... Which is not true for obvious reasons!

When was the last time a piece of hardware was as crucial to a company as the NX is to Nintendo?

"I can't remember - - - in my opinion." Now that's just not a very good sentence, is it? The "I can't remember" bit implies that this is from my memory, hence my opinion. Did I say the 3DS flopped like the Wii U? Where exactly? Hello mister strawman, nice to meet you. It did perform way below expectation though, especially considering they needed handhelds to do better than ever since it has been by far their worst home console generation and they even sold both consoles at a loss at launch, which is new for them.

NX will define the future of Nintendo, everyone needs and wants to see where they're headed and what the plan is to remain relevant in both home console and handheld markets. What exactly is wrong with my statement that the NX is crucial to Nintendo? Are you telling me it isn't?

Also; stretching my post into "Nintendo will be dead" is taking it waaaaaay too far, I believe you've been here long enough to know that I hold no such belief.
