Of Course not, Mario Maker si still 2D Mario game not new IP, and Super Mario Run is basically mobile version of NSMB. Tomodachi Life is new IP, Project Code Steam is new IP, Splatoon is new IP..

Well, technically Tomodachi Life is not a new IP, it's the sequel of Tomodachi Collection on the DS.
