But come on, this game was made with Game Maker, it runs in any low-end PC. And it has full joystick support.

Its because of that (gamemaker has issues itself) and the developer not having the resources or knowledge to be able to port the game over to consoles.

Actually it seems GameMaker supports consoles, so it should be easy enough to port the game. That said, it's been a while since the PC version was released, so I too would expect a console version to have been released already if one was coming.
