But do you think the two are comparable?
If somebody just shouts out "Paul walker was a bad actor", is that comparable with Pachter in the context of Nintendo's business strategies stating that Nintendo's leader was not good? And then at length bring forth a serious analysis of Nintendo's mobile strategy.
No.
If somebody says "Paul Walker was a bad actor" in the context of analyzing actors in Hollywood action movies or Fast and Furious, that can be perfectly valid, but it's totally different if you go and say that on purpose and out of disrespect to hurt other people. But Patcher didn't do that.
I'm sure Pathcer regrets how his words turned out and just watch, he will apologize for it.
