By the way, how attractive the Sega Saturn looked? It was always the most good looking console in my opinion. A friend had it and I used to always look to the thing with a deep yearning, like George Michael looked at Maeby. 

 

It not about failed console its about be financially strong Sega had terrible financial decision while Nintendo even this gen will make profit and has tons of money.

I guess the failure of Saturn and Dreamcast influenced their decision. Nintendo had a taste of the mobile market. I think the NX success will help to consolidate their will into stay in the console market. So, I think they are procrastinating because they are fine tuning something, not the console, but the presentation and deals for third party support.
