Mate you believe what you want, having only one device as a hybrid is putting all their egss in one basket as everything is then riding on that one device doing well, if it turns out flawed the only saving grace is that the would be no competition in the portable market. A family of devices doesn't have this problem and fits in with the IOS and Android reference much better than a hybrid device does.

Doesn't matter at all if Nintendo think that it's better to release hybrid device in middle of generation than new home console and new handheld. Like I wrote, year after mention of "family of devices", they talked about possibility of integrated form factor and just one device.

Depends of purpose of handheld, Tegra can provide around 3x more powerful than Wii U, and all rumours saying that NX is Nvidia Tegra based.
