Ps4 Pros problem is that the standard model is around so all games have to built with that in mind, NX being purely a 9th gen console means all games are built for the rumoured specs it'll have with out any basic model to factor in.

Thats equally the NX's problem. Hell its even the PC's problem (look at Witcher 3's downgrade). Games are being built primarily for the PS4/Xbox One (60m users and counting). The only place the NX can excel is framerate, anything else, if see it in the NX build of the game we'll likely see it in PS4 Pro's.

whether or not NX gets them unless there is a PS4P version isn't as important. As long as they get the games in any aspect will be a victory. More than likely, the only ones who will be taking full advantage of NX will be Nintendo. But at the very least, for the first time in a decade, Nintendo will still be in the conversation when it comes to 3rd party.
