I doubt that they would make another port after the one for 3DS.

Maybe the rumour was actually true? I hope it doesn't take a whole lot to find out!

I'm sure Nintendo will bring a Mario Maker port to the NX. It will probably use either a gamepad or the NX handheld part to make the levels, but it will sure come to it. The game is Nintendo's Minecraft. It doesn't need sequels, just regular updates and additions.
