Sounds like a table that overclocks (or just runs full speed) when its docked (and thus can draw power from a cord), and when you take it out of the dock, it downclocks to save power.

It doesnt sound like 2 devices, it sounds like 1, that does 2 things.

Each and every game nintendo makes will have 2 modes, portable mode & docked mode.

Kinda like how PS4 games have a normal mode + PS4pro mode.

except for the fact that he specifically named two devices.
