Absolutely did not expect Microsoft to show off backwards compatibility with some X360 titles onto the X1, I literally would have put that to being impossible looking at the differences between the X360 and X1 systems.
I didn't expect the Wii-U to be the failure that it was.... I mean, as soon as it was shown off, I knew it was going to be a disaster, but in the previous generation with the Wii being the monster of sales which it was... I have no idea how Nintendo went from a 100m+ selling machine down to a 10m machine, people always point to Sony going from PS2 to the lower sales of the PS3 as a massive drop off but the PS3 managed to sell around 50% of the units of the PS2, but the Wii-U has issues selling 10% of what Nintendo managed with the Wii.
