CNN poll is fundamentally different than the other polls. Most post-debate polls use the "press a button on our website" tactic, which makes it really easy to skew the vote (and there is evidence that 4chan and others did just that). The CNN poll on the otherhand is a telephone poll which is a lot harder to game, though it does suffer from some sampling bias as there were more Democrats surveyed than republicans. That doesn't mean that the poll only supported Clinton due to its left leaning nature, however. Even among independents, 54% favored Clinton as compared to 33% favoring Trump.
