Eurogamer/IGN/Wall Street Journal are legit, sounds like this particular mock up was just something someone made up though. 

It's too bad it's fake to be honest, what we'll probably get will then be worse than this. At least this basically confirmed some of better graphics when plugged into a wall outlet.
