This is what i hope is that another site does pop up. Id move over right now if another site had payments like google.

Many sites have tried, almost all have either created small niche or fallen, like Blip. 

Currently the main competitor would be Twitch (Live Streaming) and Vine (6 Second Videos). 

Twitch is owned by Amazon, and Vine is owned by Twitter which might soon be owned by Google.
