So you rather corporations not find revenue sources, in order to continue existing or growing? If you want to have anarchy without defined rules, their are many sites that cater towards that. Youtube is not going to be one of those, because it wants to maximise profits. Now I agree level 3 is stupid, don't get me wrong.
