Sorry, but this argument already fails, if parents are buying a M rated game, to kids. And it techncally was. The mod was using abandon code that was made for the game, in the first place.

Let's face it, everyone played MK or GTA when was a teen. On regular GTA you can kill people and such in comical ways... It's an M game. Weather everyone played it or not, at the wrong age. Isn't a justifiable esxcuess, for parents to complain about the hot coffee mod. You are complaining about a game that isn't meant for kids, to begin with. You let the kid play it, fine. But you resended the right to complain.

Why is a kid allowed mow down people, and hearing sex okay? But a sex mini game, wrong. Neo fucking Trinity, and all the dancers, in Matrix 2. Didn't make it NC-17. What about if you brought a kid, to see Matrix 2. You want that scene removed too? The parent willingly let the kid go watch a R rated film.

And because it was using abandon code it means it was sanctioned? Or you are saying that Rockstar actually planned to launch this? I do. Even the ESRB did. That's why they were going to re-rate the game to AO. Nothing else. They aren't the ones that demanded the code to be removed. R* over the years, pushes boundries. And if the country wasn't gun shy of the AO rating. Marking everything that has the rating, blanketly a "porno". The sex mini game would of been finished.

We saw sexual nudity, at the start of Trevor's story. When he was fucking that girl.
