Digimon World: Next Order coming west for PS4 in 2017 (Vita version skipped)

Is this game turn-based (like Cyber Sleuth) or does it play like the old hack & slash Digimon World games (i.e. Digimon World 4)? If this was the case I would buy it on my PS4 because hack & slash games are more enjoyable on PS4 than PS Vita. Turn-based games are better on the PS Vita though.
