DKCR takes this by a landslide for me.
Don't get me wrong, Epic Yarn, de Blob 1/2, and Rayman are good games, but DKCR is one of my favourite games of last generation. It's dynamic levels that shift and break apart as you move through them are brilliant in their imaginative design, masterful pacing, and nail-biting intensity.
For me, it was a return to form for a genre that had never really sung since the SNES generation.
