Plus there's a mainstream audience that already have non-Nintendo gaming platforms. FIFA, COD, Madden etc all sell to a decently large mainstream audience.

Regardless, it still proves that Nintendo going 3rd party isn't 'delusional'. I don't think there's anybody that actually wants Nintendo to go mobile only as a 3rd party, but it seems like it could work so...

Oh yes, PC is another platform I consider for Nintendo going third party. PC and Smartphones are a good match.

 

In fact, it won't surprise me if in the future Nintendo decides to move to a PC service like Steam.
