I think that the leagues should be sticky. Just like FAQ and that kind of stuff.
Basically if you have a "normal" thread, it doesn't need a sticky, but then again, if we have a thread for a high profile game that gets a lot of discussion going, it should have a sticky as long as we have active discussion going (to prevent needless threads), but as soon as interest goes down enough, the thread should have the sticky taken off.
Edit: Actually, now to think of it, we should have own forum for leagues/competitions.
