Who's going to be the main target of the upgrades? Because Sony and Microsoft have a lot of 3rd parties complaining about power, but with Nintendo, it's not a matter of power as much as a problem of userbase and target demographic.
Nintendo themselves won't really need that much power, and the 3rd parties interested in the NX probably won't either. Hell, even big companies whose games are on every system were reluctant to port o the WiiU during its first days, and most of the ports were from the PS360 versions. And if the NX is not as powerful as regular PS4, the feeling is going to be the same.
