Don't even need to pixel count to make an estimate, assuming the grid is the entire world, you can fit around 9 Great Plateaus wide and 8 tall onto that map. 8x9=72. The whole map flat is about 72 times the Great Plateau, and then there's the vertical areas to consider.
I used the tried and true fingers-on-screen-measurement technique.
