Do not think the culture of Japan or the conservative nature of Nintendo allows for "creative" accounting. Also someone like him is quiet aware of creative accounting. 

Never mind the fact that Nintendo are pleasantly straight forward and no bullshit with their financials. I have to read through pages of bullshit when checking out Sony's financial reports to keep up with my investment. Nintendo is much more open and "uncreative" with their accounting, and I prefer that.
