If you think you know it, you obviously don't know it. Not saying it won't happen though. It's possible but I think it's quite far-fetched. That is, I don't think it's happening.
VR isn't exactly ideal for all kinds of games, and especially the games Nintendo usually releases are something that VR might not work all that well with. In general, you're best off in first-person games where the player doesn't have to move around (as a character, so spaceships for example are OK). Third-person platformers where characters are running and jumping around are pretty much the opposite in terms of games where you have a character of some sort. And that's just ignoring technical aspects.
